Monday 16th August - Performance and Availability

We are experiencing degraded performance and availability issues, this is die to the sheer number of connections. Unfortunately once we get performance issues, if anyone keeps refreshing of trying top open a new connection this the increases the load issue.

The site may continue to have issues like this until at least 13:00 BST.

It seems the sheer number of connections is a key factor in the problem, until this sunsides and we can find a way to handle this the site will remain unstable
