Access to COYS

Due to the enormous load on the server (over 750 concurrent users), the site is unstable. We have managed to bring up the BNL with limited fucntionality and will be opening it to the 'sponsors' group only for the time being. We will add other groups if we feel the server can handle the extra traffics. Apologies for the inconvenience."
