The situation seems as stable as we'll get it for a while (i.e. we known the up and down cycle is to be expected) so we're going to re-open the site to all. It's a risk and COYSers will have to be accepting of the fact that if performance gets worse we'll have to block most groups again.

We are getting frequent sporadic spikes in CPU usage that cause the site to become unresponsive. When these spikes occur, please show patience and do not make multiple posts. Thanks.
