The technical issue is going to take longer to resolve than initially thought. We are going to work on this overnight and are doing all we can to get the site back to you in the morning (BST)

We appreciate your support and patience. In the meantime we will leave this site open for comments if you wish to discuss anything with its limited facilities. However we will close it overnight to comments but will update the front page should things change.
